Did you know around 2 million people in the UK experience seasonal affective disorder (SAD)?

At the inTEC Group, we are advocates for mental health and wellbeing. So, we have recently implemented Light Therapy Lamps in all of our offices.


A light therapy box mimics outdoor lighting and influences a chemical change in the brain to lift mood and ease symptoms of SAD, such as tiredness and oversleeping. It is recommended to use these lamps for 30 minutes to an hour each morning. We encourage our staff to utilise these lamps as 40-60% of SAD symptoms improve within a week of use.
