Celebrating The Achievements Of Our Amazing Team Members! 

We are delighted to announce the winners of our ‘People Awards’ for the first quarter of 2024. These awards recognise the outstanding contributions of our employees who embody our core values and go above and beyond to deliver excellent service to our clients and partners.

We received many nominations from our nine locations across the UK and Ireland, reflecting the diversity and talent of our inTEC GROUP family. The following people have been selected as the winners for the period January to March 2024:

Work As One Team Award | Inayan Silva and Colin O’Callaghan

• Inayan and Colin have demonstrated great teamwork skills, flexibility and creativity in overcoming challenges and delivering high-quality results. They have also been supportive and helpful to their colleagues, sharing their expertise and providing feedback. They are a great example of how we work as one team at the inTEC GROUP.

Communicate Effectively Award | Jackie Hargreaves

• Jackie has been praised for her excellent communication skills, both internally and externally. She always ensures clear and consistent communication across all levels and functions. She has shown great ability to adapt her communication style to different situations and audiences, and to convey complex information in a simple and concise way. She is a role model for how we communicate effectively at the inTEC GROUP.

Exceeding Expectations Award | Martin Byrne 

• Martin has been recognised for his exceptional performance and dedication to exceeding expectations. He has been involved in several challenging and high-profile projects, delivering outstanding results that have impressed and delighted our clients and partners. He has also been proactive and innovative, suggesting and implementing improvements and solutions that have added value and efficiency to our processes and services. He has shown great commitment and enthusiasm for his work, and has always gone the extra mile to ensure quality and satisfaction. He is a shining example of how we exceed expectations at the inTEC GROUP.

Act With Passion, Pride & Integrity Award | Dean Reade  

• Dean has been honoured for his passion, pride and integrity in his work. He has been passionate about his field of expertise, constantly learning and developing his skills and knowledge. He has also been proud of his work, taking ownership and responsibility for his tasks and outcomes. He has shown great professionalism and integrity in his work, and has always acted with passion, pride and integrity at the inTEC GROUP.

Grow & Be Ambitious Award | Izzath Sheriff 

• Izzath has been awarded for his growth and ambition in his career. He has been eager to take on new challenges and opportunities, and to learn from his experiences and feedback. He has also been ambitious, setting and achieving high goals for himself and his team. He has also been supportive and encouraging of his colleagues, helping them to grow and be ambitious as well. He has shown great potential and drive in his career, and has always been keen to grow and be ambitious at the inTEC GROUP.
