How to Buy Through G – Cloud 14
Sweethaven are a well-established supplier of IT services to state education, and are delighted to offer primary, secondary and Multi-Academy Trust providers, as well as the wider public sector, a new route to achieving Best Value and purchasing our services – with education sector discounts available across our GCloud offering.
Buyers can purchase GCloud services through the Government’s Digital Marketplace. The Marketplace allows you to enter keyword search terms to produce a long-list of potential suppliers, before filtering this to identify a short-list. Every service available on the Marketplace comes with a Service Description, Service Definition Document and Pricing Document. Together, these give you full clarity on what the service entails, and the associated costs, giving you a transparent view throughout your decision-making.
Once a supplier is selected, a contract is drawn up using the Framework’s call-off contract – with all other necessary checks already completed by Crown Commercial Service at application stage. It’s as simple as that!
So, if you are looking for support with a one-off Cloud project, the GCloud 14 framework can offer you a streamlined way to access services from the industry’s most trusted, expert suppliers. As a proud member of that group, Sweethaven look forward to the new opportunities to support the public sector which now lie ahead!
