With over 26 years experience in the industry, Owen Collar has developed a comprehensive understanding of major operating systems, network infrastructure design and implementation. 
Building relationships with a wide range of clients, he has maintained a position on the leading edge of changing technologies — most recently specialising in Cyber Security.
Expertise, skills & experience
- Expertise in cyber security, active directory, server building and testing. Server operating system installation and troubleshooting, networking installation and troubleshooting, virtualisation, VMware and Hyper-V.
- IASME Lead Assessor Cyber Essentials, CE+ & IASME Cyber Assurance Levels 1 & 2.
- ISO9001 & ISO27001 implementation and maintenance.
- Board membership skills including strategic thinking, financial analysis, risk management, decision-making, and communication.
- Team leadership skills including communication, motivation, delegation, problem – solving, and decision-making.
- Proficient in multiple operating systems including Microsoft Windows, Linux, MacOS and Novell.
- Experienced in software installation and troubleshooting including Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft SQL Server, and Sage.
