This year’s IT Channel Oxygen report shines a spotlight on the resilience and dynamism of the UK IT channel. Collectively, the 250 featured companies have achieved an impressive £29.2 billion in annual sales—an incredible feat in the face of ongoing industry challenges.
For the inTEC GROUP, this recognition reflects our journey of growth and transformation. Over the past seven years, we’ve completed 14 acquisitions, expanding our reach and enhancing our ability to deliver tailored IT solutions to SMEs and the education sector.
Celebrating female leadership
A special highlight of this year’s report is the progress being made toward gender diversity in tech leadership. We’re proud to have Melissa Rambridge leading the charge as our CEO. Melissa joined us through Sweethaven and stepped into the inTEC GROUP CEO role in November 2024. Her leadership exemplifies the growing presence of women in senior roles across the IT channel.
In fact, the report notes that 4 of the UK’s top 10 IT channel businesses now have female CEOs a powerful indicator of change. We’re excited to be part of this movement and to continue championing diversity in tech.
